Cedar City Real Estate Market Update

This video discusses the data provided by the Utah Association of Realtors regarding the Market in Iron County. As a realtor in Cedar City, I have noticed some unusual things happening in our Market. Inventory has thinned out, we have more pending sales, more closed transactions, but the average sales price has declined roughly $17,000.00. Theoretically, these statistics usually present us with different data such as increased sales prices.
Cedar City is a fantastic real estate market. Others might present conflicting thoughts but interest rates and sales prices make this one of the best opportunities to purchase real estate. Buying a home in Cedar City is not affordable in many cases cheaper than renting.
