Cedar City – Market Trends for August 2011

-Home sales in Iron County were substantially better in August than in July. The total sold volume for August was $14,980,335, compared to July’s $10,992,370.

-The average sales price was also a positive figure reflecting $140,003, while July’s month returned an average of $127,818.

-The only negative statistic was August’s average days on the market at 152 days, while July revealed positive light at 127 days.
